Following are some of the services that we offer:
Nano roughness & surface map :
For measuring the roughness in nano scale and also the map of the surface of an object we use the following instruments : Profilometer , AFM , ESEM , SEM .Regarding to the material and its status we choose the right instrument .Samples must be posted to the address of NCDC by a safe currier and we send back the results within 2 to 3 weeks. The related fees are calculated case to case considering the type of service. The resolution of our study is just a few nano meter .
Material analysis :

For material analysis we use XRD machine and also ESEM for sensitive material . The mentioned instruments analyze the elements percentage of samples with very desired resolution.XRD yields the atomic structure of materials and is based on the elastic scattering of X-rays from the electron clouds of the individual atoms in the system and is an analytical technique for determining thickness, roughness, and density of single layer and multilayer thin films .
Thin film deposition :
A thin film is a layer of material ranging from fractions of a nanometer (Monolayer) to several micrometers in thickness . The act of applying a thin film to a surface is thin-film deposition - any technique for depositing a thin film of material onto a substrate or onto previously deposited layers. We accept all kind of orders for depositing thin film in Nano thinkness and micro thickness on your samples .We receive the samples by a safe currier and send you back after depositing your desired thin film , in a few weeks.
Designing & making the stem cell frame works :
The resent studies shows using frame works of some metals with nano and micros roughness and porosity develop the quality and quantity of the stem cell culturing in Vitro . What we do is making special frame works of Titanium , Aluminum or Carbon nano tubes, with the roughness or porosity in the scales of nano or micro for our clients . In some cases we also add the facility of having high electrical frequency attached to the scaffold .
